Dear Sir/MadamIn terms of Regulation 30(11) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a material price movement was observed in the Companys share price on 21st April 2025. We would like to mention that PNGRB has webhosted the Public Consultation document dated 17.04.2025 for Tariff Review of unit natural gas pipeline tariff of GAIL Integrated Network which was submitted by GAIL on 30th Aug. 24.As per PNGRB process post public consultation PNGRB may issue the Tariff Order for revision of Transportation Tariff of GAIL Integrated Network. If such tariff is revised upwards as per submission of GAIL then it may have positive impact on the transmission revenue of GAIL. However we cannot comment whether the Material Price Movement is due to the above Public Consultation document or not.
