In compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI Regulations 2018 certificate dates 1st January 2026 issued by registrar and share transfer agent of the company is furnished for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations 2015 and companys code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading please be informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all the Designated Persons and connected persons including immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 and the same shall remained closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025
