48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday 02nd September 2025 at 10:30 am (IST) through VC or OAVM. As per Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book shall remain closed from Wednesday 27th August 2025 to Tuesday 02nd September 2025 (both days inclusive).
