In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Designated Partners and their immediate relatives shall close from Tuesday 01st July 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.
