Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended to the shareholders the re- appointment of M/s. AJP & Associates Peer reviewed Practicing Company Secretaries as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 financial years commencing from F.Y. 2025-2026 till F.Y. 2029-2030 for conducting the Secretarial Audit of Company.
