I Shobit Vasisht PCS appointed by Globe Civil Projects Limited am aware of compliance requirement of SDD pursuant to regulation 3(5) and 3(6) of SEBI PIT Regulation 2015 and I certify that 1. The Company has SDD in place2. Control exist as to who can assist the SDD.3. All the UPSI disseminated in the previous quarter have been captured in the data base.4. The system has captured nature of UPSI along with date and time.5. The Data base has been maintained internally and audit trail is maintained .6. The Data base is not tamperable and has the capability to maintain the records for 8 years.I also confirm that the Company was required to capture 6 number of events during the quarter ended June 30 2025 and has captured 6 numbers of required events.I would like to report that no compliances was observed in the previous quarter
