The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday the 22nd day of May 2025 the Board of Directors have noted inter-alia Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2025 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR Regulations along with the Auditors Report thereon. These results have been duly reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Company.
