Harish Textile Engineers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14-08-2025 at the registered office to transact the following business:1.To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2025. 2.To consider and note the Limited Review Report of the Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025 issued by the Auditors of the Company. 3. Any other matter if required with the permission of the chairman.Further in continuation of our letter dated 26th June 2025 and in terms of the Company Code of Business Conduct and Code to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person the trading window for insiders which is already closed with effect from 01-07-2025 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2025.
