The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 24 2023 had recommend payment of dividend of Rs.100 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31 2023 to the shareholders - subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday August 9 2023. The said dividend shall be paid latest by September 8 2023. The dividend if approved at the AGM will be payable to those Members whose names appear in the Companys Register of Members on August 2 2023.
