Dear Sir/MadamThis is with reference to earlier intimation dated 04th July2025 in pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI( Listing Obligation & Dislcloure Requirements) Regulations 2015 regarding the letter of award to M/s Hazoor Multi Projects Limited from Apollo Green Energy Limited for NHPC 200 MW Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract for Design Engineering Supply Construction Erection Testing and Commissioning of 200 MW Grid- connected Solar PV Power Project in GSECLs RE Solar Park at Khavda( Stage-3) in Gujarat we wish to inform and clarify the Stock Exchange that the Company will arrange necessary financing for the above project value of Rs.913.00 Crores
