Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for last quarter ending on March 31 2025.
