Pursuant to the provisions of Reg 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that in the matter of alleged non-compliance of Reg 17(1A) the matter was listed for hearing today i.e. 12th February 2025 before SAT and the matter is now fixed on 07th April 2025.
