We wish to inform that our subsidiary Company HERITAGE NOVANDIE FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED has been converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently its name has been changed to HERITAGE NOVANDIE FOODS LIMITED (CIN:U74999TG2017PLC120860) with effect from August 12 2025 as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Central Processing Centre.
