We are pleased to inform to all our stakeholders that the Company has secured a Purchase Order (PO) aggregating to ~INR 157 Crores for the supply of various types of Optical Fiber Cables for the BharatNet Phase III Project in the West Bengal Telecom Circle from Tera Software Limited a consortium partner of ITI Limited. The details as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31 2024 are as per attached letter.
