We would like to inform you that in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons (Insider Trading Code) the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and other Insiders as per the Insider Trading Code shall remain closed with effect from December 31 2025 for the purpose of consideration of the Un-audited Financial Results both standalone and consolidated for the 3rd quarter and nine months ending December 31 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Financial Results.The date of the Board meeting to consider the aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated separately.
