Hubtown Limited ( Company) a leading Mumbai bases real estate developer had earlier announced the financial closure of its Rising City Project developed by its subsidiary Rare Townships Private Limited ( RTPL) located in Ghatkopar through the investment of the SWAMIH Fund ( Towers A1- A5) and Gopani Realty LLP ( Tower A -6).Further the Company had also successfully completed the rights issue in the subsidiary RTPL thereby increasing the Companys stake in the RTPL to 72.22%.
