Pursuant to SEBI (PIT Regulations) 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st July 2025 and will open after 48 hours of announcement of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.
