Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations the members of the IFB Industries Ltd at the 49th Annual General Meeting held on 30th July2025 have approved the re-appointment of Mr Amar Singh Negi as Executive Director of the company w.e.f 30th October 2025 for a period of 5 years.
