Further to our letter dated 2nd May 2025 kindly be informed that following Dividend Distribution Policy of the Company its Board of Directors in their meeting held to-day i.e. 7th May 2025 has declared Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2024-25 at the rate of 60 % i.e. Rs 6 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each face value. Furthermore as per Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Tuesday 13th May 2025 has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining members of the Company entitled to said interim Dividend.
