Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations this is to inform you that The Indian Hotels Company Limited (the Company) has invested Rs. 350000000 (Rupees Thirty-Five Crores) in the equity shares of Zarrenstar Hospitality Private Limited (Wholly-Owned Subsidiary) by way of subscription to Rights issue.
