Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and further to our letter dated November 14 2025 we hereby inform that the Company has completed acquisition of equity shares representing around 51% of the issued and paid up capital of the Target Company of around Rs 232 crores.
