Indo City Infotech Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Direcotrs of the company will be held on 11th February 2026 to consider and approve interalia the unaudited financail results for the quarter and nine month ended on 31st December 2025.

In accordance with Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI ( Depositories and Participants) Regualtions 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 based on the certifiacte received from CMS Share Transfer Agent Limited ( RTA) which is enclosed herewith we hereby confirm that within 15 days of receipts of the securiteis received for dematerilaization :a) The securities comprised in the said Certificate (s) of Security have been listed on the Stock Exchange and b) The said Certificate (s) after due verification have been mutilated and canclled and the name of the depository has been sustituted in our records as the registered owner.

With reference to above sunject we wish to inform you that in terms of Comapny Code of Conduct to Regualte Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders read with BSE Circular No. List/Com/01/2019-20 traidng window for dealing in the securities of the comapny will be closed with effect from 1st January2026 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financials Reslts of the Comapny for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2025.The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeding to consider inter alia Unaudted Finacial Results for the quater and nine months ended on 31st December 2025 shall be intimated separately in due course.
