The Board on the recommendation of Remuneration and nomination committee have appointed Kaushik Ratanshi Bhadra (DIN :11029006) as an additional director of the company as Non Executive non Independent director w.e.f 3rd April 2025. Accordingly some of the committees have been reconstituted as stated in annexed letter.
