This is to inform that pursuant to the code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading of the company framed and adopted in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended The Trading Window of the Company for sale/purchase and for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed from July 1 2025. The Trading window will open 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Result of the company for the quarter ending on 30th June 2025 by the Board of Directors at its meeting to be held for this purpose.
