Public issue of 27027027 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs.37 per equity share aggregating to Rs.100 crores (Issue) by Adhunik Metaliks Limited (AML or the Company or the Issuer). The issue comprises of a reservation for employees of 1351351 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs.5 Crores and a net issue to the public of 25675676 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (the Net Issue) aggregating Rs.95 Crores. The issue will constitute 29.62 % of the fully diluted capital of the company after the issue.Issue Price Rs.37/- Per Equity Share of Face Value Rs.10/-The issue price is 3.7 times the face value.

To expand & forward integrate company's Unit-III.
