Initial public offer of 30,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the Equity Shares) of blue water logistics limited (the Company or Blue Water or BWL or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 135/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 125/- per equity share (the Issue Price) Aggregating to Rs. 40.50 crores (the Issue), of which 1,56,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 135/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 125/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.11 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 28,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 135/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 125/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 38.39 crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.27% and 25.85% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of equity shares is Rs.10/- each. the issue price is 13.5 times the face value of the equity shares. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company.

Funding of capital expenditure requirements by purchase of vehicles and its body building. Funding working capital requirements of our company. General corporate purposes.
