Globtier Infotech Ltd IPO Details

Initial public offer of up to 43,12,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Globtier Infotech Limited (Globtier or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at an offer price of Rs. 72/- per equity share (the Offer Price), aggregating up to Rs. 31.05 crores (the Offer), comprising of a fresh issue of up to 38,11,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 27.44 crores by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 5,00,800 equity shares by Rekha Shukla (the Selling Shareholder) aggregating to Rs. 3.61 crores (Offer for Sale). Out of the offer up to 2,24,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 72/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 1.61 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 40,88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 72/- per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 29.43 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 28.52% and 27.03%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue price is 7.2 times the face value of the equity shares.

Objective of issue

Funding the working capital requirements of our Company. Repayment/Prepayment, in full or part, of certain loans availed by our company. General corporate purpose.
