Initial public offering of up to (*) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each (equity shares) of Nekkanti Sea Foods Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. (*) per equity share including a share premium of Rs. (*) per equity share (the offer price), aggregating up to Rs. (*) Crores^ (the offer) comprising of a fresh issue of up to (*) equity shares by the company aggregating up to Rs.250 Crores (the fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 8,000,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. (*) Crores by the selling shareholders (the offer for sale). The offer shall constitute atleast 10% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity share is Rs. 2 each.
