Pursuant to the Internal code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 01 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ending June 30 2025.
