JM Financial Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30 2025.The window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed from Tuesday July 1 2025 and the same shall re-open 48 hours after the above financial results are publicly announced/declared.
