In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that JSW JFE Electrical Steel Nashik Private Limited has entrusted John Cockerill India Limited with the engineering design manufacture and supply of Equipment for Tunnel furnaces to be installed at the Nashik location of JSW JFE Electrical Steel Nashik Private Limited and also the supervision of erection and commissioning of the line. The total value of contract is around INR 270 crores.We are enclosing herewith the details for the above as prescribed under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 as Annexure A.Please take the above on record.
