JSW Cement Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/09/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2025.In view of the above and further to our intimation dated August 14 2025 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons from Thursday August 14 2025 till Thursday September 04 2025.
