Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. June 18 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the following: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that 1 (One) of the said warrant holder have applied for conversion of Fully Convertible Warrants into Equity Shares along with receipt of the remaining exercise price of Rs.9.90 Per Warrant being 75% of the issue price (Rs.13.20) per warrants Consequently the Board of Directors has approved the conversion of the said warrants into equity shares to the warrant holders.
