Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday August 22 2025 inter-alia to consider the proposal for raising funds by way of issue of securities to one or more persons on a preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and the Companies Act 2013 as amended subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
