With Reference to earlier intimations made on 7th March 2024 13th November 2024 and 20th December 2024 (copy of intimations attached) for acquisition of 100% of the equity shareholding in Peepul Tree Capital Pte Ltd (PTCPL) a Private Limited Company incorporated in Singapore and subsequently to make further subscription for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition and/or further subscription) not exceeding Rs. 100 crores (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crores) please be informed that the Company has completed a subscription of 11450000 Ordinary Shares in Peepul Tree Capital Pte. Ltd (PTCPL) amounting to US Dollar 11450000 (equivalent to INR 992257000/-) on 20th January 2025.Post this subscription total amount of Investment (towards initial acquisition and further subscription) in Peepul Tree Capital Pte. Ltd (PTCPL) is INR 992265460/-
