Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 31st March 2025 interalia considered the appointment of Mrs. Alka Devi Bangur (DIN 00012894) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 31st March 2025 liable to retire by rotation subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. Further Mrs. Alka Devi Bangur has not been debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.The necessary disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 is annexed herewith.
