In this regard we further inform you that the Board of Directors hasat its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 2Augustust 2025 approved the allotment of 50152205Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid bonus equity shares to the members whose namesappear in the Register of Members as on 25th August 2025 i.e. Record Date fixed for thispurpose in the proportion of 2:25 i.e 2 (Two) Equity Share of Re 1/- each for every 25 (Twenty-Five) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held.
