Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Company will be hosting an investor conference call to discuss about the recent acquisition of Ricardo Elevators and overall business outlook on Monday; 19 January 2026 at 02:00 PM IST. The call details are enclosed herewith. This is for your information and records.

We are forwarding power point presentation for the proposed merger of Ricardo Elevators Private Limited with L. T. Elevator Limited.

The Board has approved the execution of a binding Term Sheet proposed to be entered into between L. T. Elevator Limited and Ricardo Elevators Private Limited setting out the principal commercial terms and conditions for the proposed strategic and commercial arrangement.The said Term Sheet is binding in nature and is subject to execution of definitive agreements and fulfilment of customary conditions if any.
