This is to inform you that the Trading Window Closure of the Company will be from Tuesday the 1st July 2025 to Sunday the 10th August 2025 (both days inclusive) ie. from the Quarter ended 30th June 2025 till 48 hours on declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 8th August 2025. The Trading Window shall open for trading from 11th August 2025.
