This is with reference to the communication received from NSE on July 22 2024 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/62973 dated July 16 2024 with respect to voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from NSE without giving exit opportunity to shareholders in terms of Regulation 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021 we hereby inform you under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations that the trading in equity shares of the Company will be suspended with effect from July 30 2024 (i.e. with effect from the closing hours of trading on July 30 2024). Further the admission to dealings in the security shall be withdrawn (delisted) with effect from August 06 2024.We are enclosing the copy of circular received from NSE for your information and records.
