Ludlow Jute & Specialities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Kindly be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 28th January 2026. This advance Notice is being sent to you in compliance of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations 2015 and is also being hosted on our website www.ludlowjute.com

In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 please find enclosed the copies of intimations sent to the NSDL and CDSL with reference to the securities received for dematerialization and the Compliance Certificate issued by MCS Share Transfer Agenet Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015 please find attached the rating rationale issued by CRISIL Ratings Limited dated December 26 2025 in relation to the ratings on the bank facilities by the company.
