Announcement under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations - Board at their meeting held today 3 February 2025 approved the modified scheme of amalgamation of DVS Industries Private Limited wholly owned subsidiary with the Company. with appointed date of amalgamation changed as 01 April 2024 instead of 01 April 2025. There is no other change other than the appointed date in the scheme.
