With reference to the above we wish to inform you that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday 22nd August 2025 to Saturday 29th August 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 08th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Friday 29th August 2025. We wish to inform you that the cut-off date to ascertain the members in respect of sending the Annual Report for the year 2024-25 is Friday 01st August 2025.
