The Board of Directors at thier meeting held today i.e May 20 2025 has approved the amendment in the code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI pursuant to provision of SEBI PIT Regulations 2015.The amended Code of Fair Disclosure shall be effective from June 10 2025 in line line with SEBI PIT Amendment Regulations 2015.
