Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from the NCT of Delhi to the State of Assam w.e.f 22nf November 2025 as approved by the Regional Director (Northern Region).
