Approved the Alteration of Articles of Association of the Company for insertion of Clause 41 related to ESOP provisions subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. Further the Board is authorized to avail approval of Shareholders by way of Postal Ballot or EOGM as and when required.3. Approved appointment of M/s. GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited a SEBI Registered - Merchant Banker
