Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday February 11 2026 through Video- conference / other audio visual means inter alia 1. To consider approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.2. To Consider declaration of 1st Interim dividend if any to the equity shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2025-26. We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be February 17 2026.

Please find enclosed herewith Certificate Under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015 we hereby inform that the Companys new bakery production facility at Hooghly adjacent to Kolkata has commenced commercial production with effect from January 6 2026.

This has reference to letter bearing ref no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/2025-2026/ 832 dated 2nd January 2025 received by Company seeking clarification on increase of volume of the security across Exchanges in the recent past.We would like to state that Company is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) 2015 and there is no undisclosed price sensitive information.
