The Board of Directors of Multibase India Limited (Company) at their meeting held on Thursday May 29 2025 have inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2025 under Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations along with Auditors Report issued by M/s. MSKA & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors thereon. The following documents are provided to the exchange: (a) Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2025 and Auditors Report thereon; (b) Declaration by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in compliance with Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations stating that the Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results in their Auditors Report.
