The company falls with in the ambit of the exemption mentioned in 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 therefore the requirement of submission of Secretarial Compliance Report as specified in the regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 is not applicable to our Company.
