The company falls within the ambit of the exemption mentioned in 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements 2015 therefore the requirement of submission of Secretarial Compliance report as specified in the Regulation 24 A of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 is not applicable to our Company
